Courtney began her yoga practice over 15 years ago and has since developed a style that is soulful and fun, yet challenging and deep. Her classes flow between poses with strong and safe alignment cues to full surrender of the self, and allowing oneself to be absorbed in the practice. With an emphasis on focus and energy, attention to breath, and mindful meditation, you'll leave her classes feeling centered and more connected to your body. Courtney earned her certification through YogaFit in 2009 and completed her RYT 200 Hour training through Marianne Wells Yoga School in 2012. She has since taught over 1000 hours and has led classes and workshops all over the world.
