This class is pure bliss. We start class with some gentle dynamic movements and then move into Yin postures to melt the nervous system into working for you. Expect a bit of breath work, self love and relaxing music. I end class with a meditation or Yoga Nidra. This class is the definition of chill.
DeAndre was born and raised in Texas. He is currently an E-RTY 200 hour teacher. He believes that by unlocking the body and the mind through a regular yoga practice everything else in life becomes more aligned. Whether he is upside- down in handstand or in seated meditation he is simply striving to be present. Presence is key! Despite his mastery of yoga and other movement based art forms, he still considers himself to be a lifelong student of the practice and is constantly discovering new dimensions physically, mentally and spiritually. He is excited to share his knowledge and practice with you!
