Sarah Hannala is an international yoga teacher, mental health advocate, environmentalist & full-time lover. With her innate ability to read energy, she is able to address each students’ individual needs. Sarah’s classes are an eclectic blend of urban & traditional yoga practices. Her eccentric personality is expressed by her creative flows and delicately molded playlists.
